The Theory of Change
UWONET believes that when women work collectively with a common vision and collective voice then transformation begins to happen. The enhancement of the women’s movement and employment of women and girls is central for this transformation. It will require a functional, fully operational, re-sourced, efficient organization that can adequately address the needs of her membership and the movement that will result in promoting gender discrimination.
Women and girls will know their rights, have a voice and ability to act against gender discrimination and live a dignified life.
